It's been a great 8 years for us. We are deeply grateful to all our loyal customers worldwide who supported us in our pioneering efforts to sell Bear Family products online. We couldn't have done it without you!

Unfortunately we are at the end of the road with Bear Family because their intransigent attitude has left us no choice but to stop selling their products. We will continue selling our current inventory until exhausted but no new releases will be added, nor will we resupply the items currently in stock. Out-of-stock items will be dropped from the website as we exhaust our current inventory. If you can't find the items you're looking for on our website we recommend Caiman.com - probably the best of the remaining online sellers.

We are simply no longer willing or able to compete with other online retailers to whom Bear Family sells for 10% less - margins in this business are small and 10% easily means the difference between profit and loss.

All items on this website are brand new, never played and complete but please note that, like most European record companies, Bear Family does not seal their single and double CDs (except for a few CDs packaged in digipaks instead of plastic jewelcases). All boxsets and DVDs are sealed.

To get started just check our Product List for your favorite artists. To order, we recommend printing out an order form and a price list and then entering the necessary information as you go along. Then just call, fax, mail or email us your order.
